Cancellation and Refunds

Our cancellation and refund policy for consultation services:

  • Cancellations 48 hours or more before appointment: Full refund of deposit and any prepaid amounts
  • Cancellations 24-48 hours before appointment: 50% refund of deposit
  • Cancellations less than 24 hours or no-shows: Deposit is non-refundable
  • Rescheduling: Free rescheduling with at least 24 hours notice, subject to availability

Gift Certificates

Gift certificates for our services:

  • Are non-refundable but fully transferable
  • Valid for 12 months from purchase date
  • Can be applied to any of our consultation packages
  • Extensions may be granted upon request in special circumstances

Style Guide Materials

Personalized style guides and materials provided as part of your consultation are non-returnable as they are custom-created for each client. Digital deliverables sent via email are considered final upon delivery.

Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are unsatisfied with your consultation experience, please contact us within 7 days. We are committed to resolving any concerns and may offer:

  • A complimentary follow-up session to address unmet needs
  • Revision of your style guide based on feedback
  • Partial service credit toward future consultations

Third-Party Purchases

Items purchased during personal shopping sessions are subject to the return policies of the respective retailers. Safeelite is not responsible for returns, exchanges, or refunds on items purchased from third-party stores.
